Authorizes solicitation & sale of interstate health insurance policies in this state by certain persons; provides definition; requires interstate health insurance policies & policy applications to contain certain notice; provides for application of certain provisions to certain insurers; excludes interstate health insurance policies from certain requirements; exempts interstate health insurance policies & applications from certain Florida Insurance Code provisions. Effective Date: July 1, 2011
